HealthySelf Tai Chi & Qigong

Tai Chi & Qigong are ancient Chinese mind-body practices that are gentle, low-impact, safe and effective, combining slow, deliberate movements, breathing and meditation, bringing more awareness, mental focus and relaxation into your life.  A holistic program, the movements can be adapted or practiced while walking, standing, sitting or visualised.

Benefits include: improving balance & stability of mind, body & spirit, body awareness, relieving anxiety & depression, muscle strengthening, co-ordination, improving confidence, daily functional activities, fun and friendship.
