In these beginner mindfulness sessions we explore both western conceptualisations and eastern branches of mindfulness through a scientific and contemplative lens.
These sessions will support you to adopt the foundational skills to achieve a mindful mindset.
Mindful mindsets can support our perceptions to support overall lifestyle calm.
Come and explore the complexities, applications and benefits (neuroscience, psychology, biology) and the ethical components (eastern spiritual frameworks and the conflict of adopting these in a western world) under a university qualified instructor.
Reduce the confusion of the term mindfulness and learn to overcome burdensome states of mind with everlasting practice.
