At Kraken we make all our breads and pastries by hand, onsite, using traditional fermentation techniques and genuine ingredients. We believe in a sustainable agriculture practices and local food systems. We value knowing who produces our ingredients and how. To this end we support single origin grain growers so we know exactly what goes into every loaf. No added cr*p. We love feeding our community beautiful and nutritious food made with love.
