JUNE 1 – JUNE 10

The beautiful and largely unspoilt environment of the Shoalhaven is well known as a summer destination for its spectacular beaches, national parks, native flora and fauna and wide range of outdoor pursuits. The SeeChange Jervis Bay Arts Festival shows another wonderful aspect of the Shoalhaven – a haven for artists, performers, poets, writers, musicians, and great culinary talent.

From Saturday 01 to Monday 10 June 2019 come and experience the creative and performing arts, culture, cuisine and way of life in and around beautiful Jervis Bay, NSW. The program of the 11th SeeChange Festival is shaping up to be as rich and varied as ever.

Festival program

At dusk on Saturday 01 June, enjoy the official opening event in conjunction with the Huskisson Jervis Bay Food Network – a magnificent outdoor feast for the senses bringing together creative and culinary arts.

The physical hub and creative heart of SeeChange throughout the whole festival will be The Haven – housing the major visual arts and small sculpture prize and exhibition, a pop-up cafe and shop, a drop-in arts studio, makers’ markets, and some experimental work by local performance artists.

Visitors to exhibitions on the festival ArtPath will see the work of local creators in intimate settings and deepen their appreciation of the creative thinking and process involved in making the art and craft on show.

For the June long weekend we are delighted to be continuing our collaboration with internationally recognised performance troupe, Bamboozled Productions, to again bring The Pocket pop-up theatre and present four days of fabulous stage and street performances at SeeChange 2019.
