Yoga Tapas w/ Mel Waters

A dynamic, yet meditative, self-heating yoga practice, based on the Ashtanga method. A set sequence of postures designed to cleanse the body and mind.

With regular practice further asanas (poses) can be added to enhance and deepen the sequence.

Classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners. Modifications are available for beginners or those who wish to have a more gentle practice. Advanced asanas and vinyasa options can be added for the more seasoned yogi.
